The procedure is very simple!
After you have picked one of the packages below that suites your needs best and checked out successfully we will contact you via the email you specified while registering.
You can then send us your settings files, or the complete hubsoft, as a rar file by msn, skype, email or whatever is easiest for your personal support. We will sort it out together with you so that you can feel comfortable contacting us at any time.
As soon as we have recieved your hubsoft and started the soft on one of our servers you will recieve an IP number to point your DNS at. As soon as the hubdomain has updated your users will start to stream in on the new server. If you need any further assistance you can always contact us 24/7 using the support ticket system in your personal Client Area control panel. Our operators will be happy to help you with any request or issue you might have!
Backups and changes can be requested at any time and as many times as you like. There are no limitation on bandwidth or usage, backups or changes. They will be carried out by our staff that have many years of experience running direct connect hubs and networks. You can trust your hubsoft to be in the best of hands!
It is also possible to order FTP access to your hubfolder so that you can make backups or changes by yourself, at any moment without limitations, for a small fee (5€).
